1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AEC Nexus website, software, artificial intelligence agents, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

2. Our Services

AEC Nexus develops AI-powered solutions designed to support architecture, engineering, and construction professionals.

Products may include AI Nexus CAD, AI Nexus Revit, AI Nexus Render, AI Nexus Knowledge, AI Nexus QA/QC, and AI Nexus Landscape.

Product features, availability, integrations, and supported platforms may change as development continues.

3. Accounts and Access

Certain features may require an account, software installation, or an active subscription. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AEC Nexus Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the Services to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information.
• Introduce malware or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as professionally verified work when verification is required.
• Use the Services in violation of applicable third-party AI provider policies.

5. AI-Generated Content and Professional Review

AEC Nexus AI tools are intended to assist professional workflows, not replace independent professional judgment, engineering analysis, regulatory review, or required approvals.

AI-generated drawings, designs, renderings, calculations, recommendations, and other outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Users are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them for design, construction, safety-critical decisions, code compliance, permitting, or professional deliverables.

AEC Nexus does not represent that AI-generated content automatically satisfies building codes, professional standards, or project-specific requirements.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

Certain AEC Nexus features use third-party AI services to process prompts, images, or other submitted content.

These providers may include OpenAI and other technology providers as supported integrations evolve.

Your use of applicable AI features may also be subject to relevant third-party provider requirements.

7. User Content and Project Files

As between you and AEC Nexus, you retain your rights in project files, prompts, images, and other original materials you submit, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.

You authorize AEC Nexus and its necessary service providers to process submitted materials to deliver the functionality you request.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit project materials for processing.

8. Software Licenses and Downloads

Where downloadable software is provided, AEC Nexus grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use that software for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable product license conditions.

The software is licensed, not sold. Users may not distribute, resell, or sublicense the software without authorization from AEC Nexus.

9. Subscriptions and Pricing

Certain AEC Nexus products may be offered through paid subscriptions. Prices, billing intervals, included features, and applicable taxes will be presented during the subscription process.

Introductory prices may be available for eligible products or customers. Any future pricing changes will be handled according to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

A subscription does not automatically provide access to every AEC Nexus agent unless explicitly stated in the purchased plan.

10. Payments, Renewals, and Cancellations

Before completing a purchase, customers should be informed of the applicable recurring charges, renewal terms, payment arrangements, and cancellation procedures.

Specific payment, refund, renewal, and cancellation conditions will be disclosed through the applicable checkout or subscription agreement.

Any refund rights required by applicable law will be honored.

11. Intellectual Property

The AEC Nexus name, branding, software, website design, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by AEC Nexus or its licensors, except for materials owned by third parties or users.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of AEC Nexus intellectual property to users.

12. Service Availability and Updates

AEC Nexus may modify, update, or discontinue features as its products evolve, subject to applicable contractual commitments and legal requirements.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every professional or project-specific purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AEC Nexus's liability arising from use of the Services may be subject to limitations established in the applicable agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitations are prohibited by law.

15. Suspension or Termination

AEC Nexus may suspend or terminate access when necessary to address material violations of these Terms, security threats, or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

16. Changes to These Terms

AEC Nexus may update these Terms as its Services evolve. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
